Once the stronghold of the powerful Earls Marischal, these extensive stone structures sit on a 1.4-hectare (3.5-acre) headland dropping 160 feet to the crashing North Sea. Exploring the site requires descending and climbing over 200 steep steps from the mainland.

Inside the complex, you will find buildings spanning several centuries. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor grounds, but they cannot enter enclosed ruins. Dog Policy
